Ann has been attending group fitness classes for many years. She took a few years away from the gym when her kids were growing up and busy with school activities, but is ready to get back into a regular workout schedule.
Ann understands the need for some encouragement to get to the gym early mornings to stay motivated. She believes that the encouragement from others in her fitness classes made a huge impact on the success in reaching her health goals.
Ann began teaching Total Body Fitness in 2016 and Aqua Fit in 2018. She finds that the motivation from others in the class helps to stay active and committed while pushing each other harder to keep with it and keep moving forward. Ann is looking forward to helping others achieve their strength and endurance goals by motivating people in her fitness classes
