Dr. Kellemen has pastored three churches and equipped biblical counselors in each church. He served for thirteen years as the founding Chairman of the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling and Discipleship Department at Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, MD. Bob served as the founding Executive Director and a founding Board member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition and now serves on their Council Board. He is the founder and CEO of RPM Ministries where he speaks, writes, and consults. Dr. Kellemen is the author, co-author, or contributor to twenty books, and has authored over 100 articles. He serves as the VP of Development, Academic Dean, and Professor of Counseling for Faith Bible Seminary. Bob and his wife, Shirley, have two adult children and three grandchildren.
