2024 Rates, Plans & Fees

AC Small: 3 yrs (fully potty-trained) - Rising K5 (East & West Campuses)

Daily & Weekly Rates

  • Daily Half-Day (up to 5 hrs): $21.50/day
  • Weekly Half-Day (up to 5 hrs): $107.50/week
  • Daily Full-Day (7:00 am - 6:00 pm): $43/day
  • Weekly Full-Day (7:00 am - 6:00 pm): $195/wk

Supply/Activity Fee

  • $80/child before May 1st ($95 after)

Lunch/Snacks

  • Lunch is available for campers for an additional charge of $3.50/lunch (notify at morning drop-off).
  • Morning and afternoon snack must be sent to camp daily with your child.

Multi-Child Discount

  • Families with children in both Youth Daycare and Adventure Camp summer childcare will receive a 5% multi-child discount at both Youth Daycare and Adventure Camp summer childcare.

Helpful Hints

Credit card payment is required in order to submit your registration; the only fee that will be collected with registration is the Student Supply/Activity Fee.

It is not possible to save the form and continue later. Please have all required information ready, including medical insurance details and your credit card.

You may register up to 3 children at a time. If you need to register more than 3 children, please complete the form a second time.

If registering a child in both AC Small and AC Big, you will need to complete 1 registration for each child

Payment Info

Supply/Activity Fee:

Due at the time of registration. This fee covers the cost of, crafts, special snacks, in-house field trips, and technology.

Billing & Payment Plans

  • Your account will be charged weekly. Your tuition is due on the first day of the week that your child attends. You will be charged a late fee if not paid each week.
  • Payments can be made by logging in to your Parentsweb account or by calling FACTS at 1-866-441-4637.

Late & NSF Fees

  • A late fee of $25 will be charged for late payments and your child/ren will not be able to return until your account has been made current.
  • We are happy to work with each family as long as an agreement on a special payment plan has been established and is being carried out.
  • A NSF fee of $30 will be applied to your account for any payments that are returned.

Important Notices

  • No part of the Summer Supply/Activity Fee is refundable
  • There are no financial adjustments made for holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day) or child’s absences.
