Who determines the time of my party?

When you submit your reservation request, it will ask you for your preferred time. However, in an effort to serve as many guests as well as we can, we might slightly adjust your reservation time to fit one of our predetermined time slots. If more than a slight adjustment is needed, our reservation specialist will reach out to you to determine the best course of action.

Are parents considered “Party Guests”?

No, only participating children are counted as party guests. If you have additional parents or children not participating that will be eating, we recommend adding additional food to your party package.

What decorations are included in the party package?

Giraffe Party Packages come with a standard set of decorations which includes two table coverings, plates, napkins, and plastic ware.

Elephant Party Package does not include any decorations.

Confetti, silly string, and piñatas are not permitted.

What about a birthday cake?

Celebrate big by bringing your child’s favorite cake or cupcakes to share (don’t forget your candles).

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

If you are bringing additional food for your party, other than a simple dessert, a $25 outside food fee will be added to your party. Please speak with our party planner for more details.

Will I have access to one of your private party rooms?

The Elephant Package will get you two reserved tables (1h 45m) inside of Oasis Park, while the Giraffe Package provides you with private party room (2h). The kids can play in Oasis Park as long as you would like, but the reserved tables or private party room are only available as outlined on your confirmation invoice.

Can I add additional guests to my party package?

Yes – you can add additional party guests. Price per guest will vary depending on the party package you choose.

Do I have to rent a space? Can’t I just have my party in Oasis Park?

Birthday parties are not allowed to take place in Oasis Park unless a room reservation has been made. Birthday parties without a room reservation need to pay a $50 birthday party fee. That fee does not apply if you purchase a Birthday Package.
