Partnering Together to Serve Lafayette's North End

Over a dozen organizations serving the Northend community operate out of Northend Community Center. Because we're Better Together.

Age appropriate school readiness program for pre-K children.

Big Brothers Big Sisters works with families to match children in need with adults who care and can help guide them to success.

Car Works provides assistance to community members who have automotive problems and are experiencing financial hardship.

Faith's Community Development Corporation, Community Ministries, Biblical Counseling Ministries and Church working together for families in the North End.

Family Promise provides five short-term units for homeless families, as well as case management.

Certified Instructors teaching respect, honor & discipline to students ages 5 and up.

The Hanna Center prides itself in offering quality programming for youth, seniors, and health education.

Advocating for and providing resources for Latinos in the Northend—also celebrating the Latino culture.

Reclaimed Hope loves to upcycle throw-away products into treasured items. They make things like wall decor, jewelry, and one-of-a kind items.

Helping individuals with cognitive, physical disabilities and autism reach their dreams

Assisting seniors in transportation, home repairs, daily living, and daily delivery of nutritious meals.

Get Help Connecting With the Right Service

The Northend Community Center Care Team is a group of trained volunteers who spend time with individuals to help them meet their personal goals. By working with NCC guests to identify solutions and connecting them to the corresponding community resources, the NCC Care Team volunteers will help individuals or families produce a road map for support and success.
