Ramp Up Week allows parents to fill out all the necessary paperwork to get each family ready for the 2024-2025 School Year from the comfort and convenience of their homes throughout the week of July 29!
You will submit these documents online through FACTS webforms; however, if you need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact the school office by calling 765-447-2727, or email school@faithlafayette.org. We would be happy to help you.
All forms can be found in your FACTS parent account this year under web forms. To get to the forms, you will log in to your FACTS account. Then choose Web Forms on the navigation bar on the left.
These forms are required for each student or household. Each form has instructions at the top in red that will tell you if the form applies to each student or your entire household.

We will be adjusting the Elementary drop-off and pick-up route to proceed around to the north side of the school building now that the addition and the new lane around it are nearly complete. Families with only Middle and/or High School students will continue to drop off along the east side of the building just like last year. Maps of the drop-off/pick-up will be posted here when they are available and distributed at Parent Orientation. Student parking will remain toward the south end of the parking lot by State Rd 26.

FCS will be offering private music lessons in piano, voice, band instruments, and guitar with lesson times available before, during, and after school hours.
