Our Senior Living Community is one of the ways Faith Church aims to serve our seniors who want to live in close relationship with others in their community. Besides quality, affordable housing, the Senior Living Community is home to regular gatherings and celebrations at the clubhouse, the neighboring community center, and more.
Phase One Is Complete
We've currently constructed the first eight homes and the clubhouse. Phase two of our project - dependent on future funding and therefore on an indeterminate schedule - will include the construction of approximately 42 additional homes (see the Architectural Site Plan below).
Quality homes at reasonable prices
The cost of the land and development was covered by Faith Church and will not be passed on to Faith's Senior Living Community Residents.
The approximate cost and value of the construction of roads and sidewalks, a drainage system, utility lines, and community clubhouse was around $1,000,000. This is cost was covered by the congregation of Faith Church to convey their love for each of our senior citizens and their desire to make our seniors' later years as joyful and productive as possible.
Routine lawn maintenance and snow removal will be provided free of charge.
Security
The condo residents will have the freedom to choose which cluster of security services they would like to include in their condo. That way they will not be forced to pay for more features than they desire.

Caleb's Kin
Many residents of our Senior Living Community are also members of Caleb's Kin, the senior ministry at Faith Church. Caleb's Kin gets together for monthly fellowship to enjoy speakers, music, great food, plus activities and trips to fun and interesting places. You do not have to be a member of Faith Church or the Senior Living Community to be a part of Caleb's Kin.
