Bio
Pastor Luis has served as a counseling pastor for more than a decade. He was the Director of the Hispanic Ministry at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minnesota (United States), until recently joining the leadership of Iglesia Bautista Internacional (IBI) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Luis is a member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors in the United States (ACBC) and also a Certified Life Coach with the American Association of Christian Counselors and works part-time with various organizations and individuals, including Hispanic players of different professional baseball organizations in the United States, among others.
